It`s seem the new banlist (1 sept 2012) make a new era for slower deck, make tier 1.5 to 2 playable competitvely. Inzekter now nearly dead ,dino rabbit been slow and agent /synchro make a shift.
Everyone now trying new deck that can make a meta to this banlist. Seems karakuri and heroes splashable anywhere now and recently Asia Restricted cards are playable, making crazy and innovative deck been played.
I also try a new deck that only can been play on official now due of this promo card, Phantom of Chaos
Yerp, this crazy imba cards are very powerful, it can COPY the effect of 1 monsters in your graveyard, and USE it`s effect. You can copy effect of card trooper, lyla, BLS ,JD or others but 1 of the notable monster effect that everyone hates is Sky Norleras. If you can use Phantom of Chaos to use this effect on first turn and your opponent don`t got effect veiler /herald of range,than 90% you can win. Try yourself in ygopro and this deck really consistent
